RAH DIGGA
One of music’s most respected and premier “rapper’s rapper” regardless of gender, former First lady of Busta Rhymes’ Flipmode Squad Rah Digga has returned with another classic album and accomplished something that is unheard of in Hip-Hop.
LIL MAMA
Since the release of her first album, Voice of the Young People, Lil Mama has been in the studio working on new music. She released the singles “Dough Boy” featuring Mishon, “On & On & On”, and “NYNYLALA” featuring Snoop Dogg, all of which failed to chart. Lil Mama has stated that she doesn’t know if she’s going to release another album yet, she’s just taking it step by step. She has since released a single entitled, “Scrawberry”.

Melanie Fiona crossed many bridges to arrive at The MF Life. Conceptual bridges. Spiritual bridges. Actual bridges. Stadium-thumpin’ bridges. Hard-lovin’ emotional bridges. This All-Female Go-Go Band will serve as the house band for the evening with their dynamic musicianship and unique style of Funk, Jazz, R&B and Rock.

A true music connoisseur, Bond’s passion for music and her uncanny ability to read the crowd has solidified her as one of the premier DJ’s in the world.

Tasting Table’s 2011 Lobster Roll Rumble is our marquee event benefiting Share Our Strength charity.
The Rumble will host 17 of the country’s best lobster rolls as they vie for the title of ‘TT Fan Favorite’. Rumble attendees will be able to try each roll–and cast their vote–while cooling down with Hendrick’s summer cocktails, Stella Artois beers, Blüfeld Riesling, San Pellegrino and Maine Root sodas.
And since lobster rolls love company, Brooklyn Brine will be on hand to serve pickles; Deep River Snacks will put out buckets of chips; and 10 of the city’s best dessert purveyors will dish out their signature treats on our rooftop Dessert Deck. So buy a ticket and start the summer off right with Tasting Table!
The Lobster Roll Rumble will be held at Center 548 in Chelsea (548 W 22nd St, New York, NY 10011).
Doors open for VIP guests at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for general admission guests.
To buy tickets – there are two types available: General admission and VIP access. Both are only available for purchase online (click here to buy). But act fast: The Rumble is certain to sell out.
- A general admission ticket ($130) grants you entry to the Rumble Main Event from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., where you’ll sample 17 lobster rolls, savory sides, treats from 10 dessert stations and an open bar pouring cocktails, wine, beer and soda.
- A VIP ticket ($250) includes all general admission benefits PLUS: early (6:30 to 7:30 p.m.) VIP access to the Rumble, entry to the VIP lounge and an exclusive gift bag that will be the envy of your friends. (The VIP Rumble gift bag will incorporate high-end gourmet foodstuffs and accessories, including items from OXO, Lucini Italia, Brooklyn Slate, Stella Artois, Blüfeld and Fleisher’s Organic Meats.)

With a shared interest in the education, nutrition and overall well-being of vulnerable children in South Africa, Ubuntu Education Fund and The Lunchbox Fund have created the New Growth Partnership. The New Growth Partnership will provide nutritious meals and support services to vulnerable students in South Africa. A Spring Evening and Auction to benefit the New Growth Partnership will be a celebration of this new partnership.
*All proceeds will support our groundbreaking work assisting orphaned and vulnerable children in the townships of South Africa.
