Many of you may have missed the radio interview that was done with client, Gabriel Asheru Benn, on The Power of One Voice with Sean Anthony on Sun, November 7th.  Well if you missed it, we have finally made the interview available for you can now to listen at your convenience thanks to Sound Cloud.

Listen to what Asheru has to say about the Educational System; how Hip Hop has helped educators reach some of our academically challenged youth; his programs: HELP – Hip Hop Educational Literacy Program that is in over 200 school systems/40 US cities nationwide (and in South Africa) & the Guerrilla Arts Professionals Program; and examples of the successes that he has had in the classroom.  Socially relevant; empowering, motivating and engaging the youth; policy vs.  personal commitment to communities in need; and why education reform is so critical – now more than ever.

Rhian Benson is back…

…with a new album that oozes unashamedly sophisticated cool.

‘Hands Clean‘ is to be released on February 14th, Valentine’s Day, 2011.

Away from the scene for a few years, the new album speaks volumes about the journey Rhian has been on since releasing her first album ‘Gold Coast’.

Produced by the acclaimed Danish production duo Daniel Fridell and Jonas Rendbo, it is a collection of edgy fusions, with songs inspired by heady techno beats, life and of course love!

The first single from the album “Better Without You” is to be released on the 7th of February.

STOMP, a unique combination of percussion, movement and visual comedy, was created in Brighton, U.K., in the summer of 1991, by Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell.   In 2006, STOMP’s New York production passed its 5000th performance mark.  In the same year, Luke and Steve directed a public service announcement for television called STOMP OUT LITTER, which featured the cast “sweeping up” at iconic locations in the five boroughs.   STOMP has also been featured in a number of commercials, including Coca-Cola, Target and Toyota.
