The Waters Group presents a photo exhibit by Oggi Ogburn: “Big Luke’s 14th Street” a retrospective of Oggi’s 40-yr career of “employment of enjoyment” from Feb 1 to Feb 28. This display commemorating Black History Month will include iconic individuals such as Rosa Parks, Chancellor Williams, Dorothy Height, Stevie Wonder & Coretta Scott King at the signing of the MLK Holiday legislation and others. So please join Oggi for a special artist reception on Tuesday, Feb 8 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The DC Lottery supports this event as a community partner.
